I consider myself expert in changing the behavior pattern of the person. But actually, how would you define or recognize that your behavior is appropriate or not? As per many the mental stability and disturbance behaviors can be defined. So here I am mentioned top ten behavioral issues.

Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD)

Emotional Disorder:

In this trouble in controlling the emotions and how to react on those emotions. These are behaviors includes trouble in making decisions, intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, no self-emotional awareness, unable to manage behaviors and emotions, avoid difficult emotions like fear. Regularly attend sessions:

Consistency is key in counseling. Attend your scheduled sessions regularly and communicate openly with your counselor about your progress, challenges, and any adjustments that may be needed in your plan.
