Appointment Confirmation
Thank you for choosing to book a session with Miss Purvangi Shukla (Psychologist).
To confirm your appointment, we kindly request a booking amount of ₹500 and completion of the Pre-Assessment Form sent to your email. This helps us understand your concerns in advance and provide you with the best possible support during your session.
The total session fee is ₹3,000, out of which ₹500 is the booking amount. The remaining ₹2,500 can be paid after the completion of your session.
You may make the payment via Google Pay or any other convenient payment method.
